1. No Physical Title Transfer
The digital transfer of ownership on the Platform does not transfer physical possession or legal title of the jersey. You are solely responsible for all aspects of the physical transaction. The Platform is not a party to, and holds no liability for, any physical sales, exchanges, or disputes related to the physical jersey.
2. Proof of Ownership
The digital registration on the Platform serves as a record of your digital ownership. It does not replace or affect physical title, legal ownership, or any other rights you may have to the physical jersey. The Platform is a digital registry only.
3. Security & Validation
Our security features are designed to prevent fraudulent registration. If a jersey is already registered, you will be prompted to log in to the existing account. If you believe a jersey is counterfeit or incorrectly registered, please contact our client service for assistance.
4. Public Ownership Registry
You have the option to make your jersey ownership status public. By opting in, your account username and a public link to your jersey's registration page will be viewable by others who look up the jersey. If you do not opt-in, your ownership details such as username and sale value will remain private, viewable only by you.
5. "As Is" Basis
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, accuracy, or security of the Platform.
6. No Guarantee of Authenticity
While the Platform is designed to track a unique jersey ID, we do not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or value of any physical jersey. The Platform is a digital record, not a physical authentication service.
7. Responsibility for Transactions
You are solely responsible for all physical transactions, including sales, transfers, and exchanges of jerseys. The Platform is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such transactions.
8. Buy/Sell Price
The buy/sell price field is for display purposes only. We do not guarantee the value of the jersey as no financial transactions occur on our platform.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time.
